coaching process

The coaching process usually involves a teleconference coaching call, which
lasts 30-45 minutes, typically 2 to 3 times a month. In that call, coaches will
partner with the client to create a focus, dialoging about possibilities, then
move toward needed action steps. The coach serves as an accountability partner
and makes needed observations about mismatches in client behavior compared to
their values. Also, a coach may see that the client could be making more rapid
progress. If so, a coach may challenge the client to achieve more than what they
thought they could do, through a stretch request. Coaches encourage risk-taking.

The initial consultation is free. E-mail me at coach28001@yahoo.com and we will find a time for the exploratory call. In this first call, we will clarify what you want to accomplish, where you are, and even begin to identify some issues to help you move toward realizing your goal.
Afterwards, I will need your commitment to a 3-month covenant which includes:
keep scheduled appointments
openness to step outside your comfort zone
sincere willingness to follow-through on the action plans that you set between sessions
